1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Spring Sale Promotion ("Promotion") provided by Aura.Life ("Aura", "Provider", "we", "us", "our"), offering up to £300 discount across our pre-paid funeral plan product range ("Product").

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The Promotion starts on 2 April 2024 and ends on 7 May 2024 ("Promotion Period").

2.2 Only Products purchased during the Promotion Period are eligible for the Promotion.

3. Promotion Details

3.1 The structure of the Promotion is as follows:

• £100 off Perfectly Simple (single)
• £200 off Wonderfully Imagined - Intimate (single)
• £300 off Wonderfully Imagined - Attended (single)
• £50 off Two Together - Perfectly Simple
• £150 off Two Together - Wonderfully Imagined - Intimate
• £200 off Two Together - Wonderfully Imagined - Attended

3.2 This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount offers by Aura.

3.3 The Promotion can be redeemed via online or telephone purchases.

3.4 Payment options include full payment or spreading the cost over 12 or 24 months at no extra charge. For instalment payments over 12 or 24 months. Product coverage starts after full payment is completed.

3.5 Individuals who have previously held and cancelled a Product from Aura are not eligible for this Promotion.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Promotion is open to all new Customers who purchase a Product from Aura during the Promotion Period.

4.2 If the plan holder has been diagnosed with a terminal illness or is expected to pass away within the next 12 months please call us to discuss the options available.

5. Product Suitability

This Promotion is subject to Aura's ability to provide a suitable and affordable funeral plan that meets the customer's demands and needs without causing financial hardship.

6. Data Protection

By participating in this Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Aura or its agents and suppliers to administer the Promotion.

7. Terms of Use

1. Aura reserves the right to cancel Products in cases of abuse or violations of these terms.
2. Aura may amend or withdraw this Promotion without notice.
3. These terms are in addition to Aura's standard service terms. Aura's decisions are final in all matters related to this offer.
4. By participating, you agree to these terms, which may be updated without notice.
